Professional, curtious with attention to detail enabled Sue to sell our lakefront home swiftly. The market wasn't strong, but Sue marketed and developed relationships with potential buyers and ultimately found the buyer and negotiated the sale of not only our home, but furnishings, boat, and many  other contents. She managed the terms of the sale of contents from out of state buyers. Both parties were extremely pleased with the results. Closing dates were arranged, and with Sue's attention to detail, we closed on time with no problems. We will certainly work with Sue again
