It was great working with Susan to buy a home. She is super knowledgeable about the North Central MA area and is very responsive to email, phone, and texts. She did a number of things that exceeded our expectations: 1) Because we began searching for a home in the winter when inventory was lower, she identified houses that had been taken off the market and contacted their owners to see if they were interested in selling. 2) She was able to get a contractor and electrician in on short notice after our inspection to price out some repairs, which helped us to negotiate a few items with more clarity. 3) On our walk-through the day before our closing, we found a large shed in disrepair that had been buried in the snow during our first viewing. She was able to work with the seller's agent to remove it from the property that very day (at the seller's cost).
