Susan Thibeault

Hello, I'm Susan Thibeault and I'd love to assist you. Whether you're in the research phase at the beginning of your real estate search or you know exactly what you're looking for, you'll benefit from having a real estate professional by your side. Real estate has been my passion since graduating from college. In addition to real estate sales, I worked for a real estate attorney several years- an invaluable experience added to my overall knowledge of the real estate process. I have been a gold level top producer broker consistently since 2003, making Remax's hall of fame in 2015.  I'd be honored to put my real estate experience to work for you.

Susan was a pleasure to work with! She is a true industry professional and made the process of selling my home an easy hassle free experience. Within a few days of listing we had multiple offers and ultimately accepted one at full price! Susan is very responsive and keeps you up to date every step  of the way so you are never left in the dark. I highly recommend Sue and will definitely use her on my next real estate endeavor!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Lunenburg, MA.

It was great working with Susan to buy a home. She is super knowledgeable about the North Central MA area and is very responsive to email, phone, and texts. She did a number of things that exceeded our expectations: 1) Because we began searching for a home in the winter when inventory was lower,  she identified houses that had been taken off the market and contacted their owners to see if they were interested in selling. 2) She was able to get a contractor and electrician in on short notice after our inspection to price out some repairs, which helped us to negotiate a few items with more clarity. 3) On our walk-through the day before our closing, we found a large shed in disrepair that had been buried in the snow during our first viewing. She was able to work with the seller's agent to remove it from the property that very day (at the seller's cost).

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Westminster, MA.

Designing For Commercial With Nature In Mind
Design is a way of life, a point of view. It involves a complex mixture of visual communication: talent, creative ability, manual skill, and technical knowledge. Beauty and economics, technology, and psychology are intrinsically related to the process. Great design is in total harmony, and there is no truer designer than Nature – if you look at a...

Through the Looking Glass - Ways to Make Your Small Bath Appear Bigger
There's no getting around it — and no getting around in it! A small bathroom is just, well, small! If you've got a tiny bath and no way to enlarge it, do the next best thing, give it some of the Alice in Wonderland magic with mirrors and glass. Subtle reflections A standard, builder’s grade bath typically has...

50 Parson Circle, Fitchburg, MA 01420 is now new to the market!
This pictureque antique colonial has a pretty landscaped yard with stone walls and an interesting history! Moved from the edge of Snow Hill Pond to it's current site, it's a site of an underground railroad documented in the Fitchburg historical society, and mentioned in the book 'City & the River'. Occupied by the same family for the past 60 years, it's now time for the next family to build their own memories here. The home has large rooms with 1st fl laundry and a cozy sunporch. You'll find some original iron door latches, built in book shelves in the alcove off the LR, and a slightly curved staircase to the 2nd floor. Vinyl replacement...
